ForwardX Flex
ForwardX Flex is a range of vision-first autonomous mobile robots (AMR) purpose-built for automating the movement of small- to mid-sized goods across logistics facilities. The Flex range of AMRs uses sensor fusion to combine visual and laser-based data to localize, map, and navigate through warehouse environments. Distinct from LiDAR-first solutions, ForwardX Flex AMRs are able to segment their surroundings, detect and identify objects within their environment, and plan more efficient paths to complete tasks. Flex AMRs work as part of a wider fleet, orchestrated by f(x) Fleet Manager and work in tandem with your workers, systems, and tools to deliver more productivity, more efficiency, and lower costs.

Flex 300-SCB is the triple decker AMR and can be equipped with optional printers, RFID scanners, and barcode scanners. Flex 300-SCB is best suited to piece-picking and sorting operations. The three-level design allows employees to organize shipments as they are picked. The easy-to-follow instructions not only lets the worker know what to pick but exactly where it should be placed on the installed rack. Flex 300-SCB significantly reduces the time it takes to pick, pack, and review every order leading to a drastic improvement in worker efficiency and units picked per hour.
